Refusionshaka
A collaboration between dance groups Refresh, Fusion, and Boomshaka, Refusionshaka is the largest dance show of the year on Northwestern's campus. The show features pieces with hip-hop, contemporary, and other dance styles, and draws thousands of visitors from Northwestern's community and the Chicagoland area. Each year, all three groups raise the bar to continue the tradition of being the must-see event of the fall.
Spring Show
Boomshaka's annual spring show is an entirely cast written and performed show. Each year, the cast spends nearly six months creating pieces that use body percussion, different styles of dance, and innovative implementation of trash and other items many wouldn't see as percussive instruments.
